“What can I say, 10/10 from first communication until last, I got my trifocal lens replacement surgery beginning of December. I travelled alone to Prague, picked up at airport by taxi organised by the clinic, taken to hotel, Day to walk about the city, Monday, car collected myself and taken to eye clinic for about 2/3hrs thorough eye tests and payment. Was met by the lovely Beth who translated and made sure everything was as it should be. Tues, free day to explore the city.
