“Absolutely 5 star service at every point, from the very first enquiry I sent to Beauty in Prague. I found the website incredibly transparent and was very impressed with all the reviews. The coordinator Nela was so helpful, and responded to my emails very quickly. Nothing was too much trouble for her. Once the surgery was booked she also gave recommendations for accommodation near to the clinic which was really helpful. Once in Prague everything went smoothly from being picked up at the airport, all the appointments at the clinic and the surgery itself. My contact at the clinic was a lovely lady called Beth, what a superstar she is, so friendly and helpful, I cannot praise her enough. Highly recommended my eyesight improved almost immediately and way way cheaper than having it done in the UK.”
