“I cannot praise everyone at the clinic highly enough. Travelling to Prague from the UK was made very easy for us and the care of all concerned was outstanding. Prior to travel the Patient coordinator Nela was informative, fast in replying and great at helping us with the booking, and all questions answered. The clinic provides transport via taxis from and to your accommodation from the airport; and to and from all appointments. We were met by Beth, who assisted us at the clinic appointments, answered questions and made us feel very comfortable. The optical staff were fantastic and the surgeon and his theatre staff were outstanding. The surgeon explained everything so well I felt at ease during the procedure, which was pain free and not frightening at all. Aftercare was superb. After pain was minimal, easily sorted with paracetamol. The following day I had perfect vision. I absolutely recommend this clinic to everyone!
