How it works?

1. Get your quote today by filling out our FREE email consultation
2. Simply fill in the medical questionnaire and send us some photos of the areas you want treated
3. We will respond within 48 hours with your cosmetic surgery package quote.
4. Choose the appointment by 31.1.2016 and email us back the date with a request to use the voucher with a code “20th Anniversary”
5. We will prepare a booking form for you, which will include all costs and discount
6. Within 3 days you will need to pay the deposit via debit or credit card (by 30.11.2015) EXTENDED UNTIL 31.12.2015
7. The number of appointments is limited for this offer.

Terms and Conditions:

• the voucher is valid for the deposits paid until 30.11.2015. EXTENDED UNTIL 31.12.2015. The surgery must be performed by 31.1.2016
• the voucher cannot be combined with any other offer
• the voucher cannot be used for clients who have already booked their appointment and paid their deposit
• only vouchers which are included on the booking form, before paying the deposit, can be accepted
• £200 voucher can be put towards the cost of any surgery under general anaesthetic (£100 towards local anaesthetic)
• the surgery under general anaesthetic must be of a minimum price of £1,000
• £200 valid for clients paying for their treatment in GBP. €200 is valid for clients coming from Ireland or another European country using EUR
• £100 valid for clients paying for their treatment in GBP. €100 is valid for clients coming from Ireland or another European country using EUR
• the voucher cannot be exchanged for cash
• if you change your surgery date, you lose the right to use your voucher
• Beauty in Prague reserve the right to decline or withdraw this offer, without prior notice, at any given time
• this voucher cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or discounts. Only one voucher per client/surgery
• please be advised, only clients who are 100% healthy can undergo surgery. If the client is unable to have their surgery due to infection, they will not be entitled to their voucher/discount.
