Terms and Conditions

Voucher worth £150 applies for surgery performed only under General Anaesthetic. For Local Anaesthetic it is a £50 voucher. Vouchers cannot be combined together and voucher cannot be used with any other offers. Vouchers are valid for appointments booked by 31.12.2014. Treatment must be performed by 31.3.2015. All other terms and conditions are identical with the general terms and conditions published on our website.
